5 August 2026 – Accounts and saved maps

MarkAndMap now lets you save maps to a free account. Creating an account is optional—the main map tools continue to work without logging in.

• Create a free account using an email address and password.
• Save up to 10 maps and access them from your other devices.
• Open, edit, update, rename, reorder and delete saved maps.
• Recently saved maps appear first in the saved-maps list.
• Share an interactive map link that recipients can open without an account.
• Choose from refreshed marker designs, including hearts and green dots.
• Use clearer privacy and cookie controls. MarkAndMap has no ads and does not sell personal information or saved-map data.

• More reliable login-session recovery and saved-map loading.
• Cleaner account, map and sharing controls on desktop and mobile.
• High-resolution map downloads and clearer map-sharing explanations.
